Therapy Services
Sometimes understanding why you feel or respond a certain way doesn't make it any easier to change.
Therapy can be a place to explore the patterns you've developed, understand what they've helped you navigate, and discover what might work better for you now.
Therapy for the way you actually experience the world.
I primarily work with adults and teens, and occasionally with children when my approach is a good fit for their needs.
Many of the people I work with have spent years masking, overthinking, pushing through overwhelm, or trying to meet expectations that don't quite fit. Therapy offers a place to understand those experiences and explore what might make life feel less difficult to navigate.
Areas of Focus
Emotional Well-Being & Trauma
Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, depression
Trauma and complex trauma
Burnout and perfectionism
Nervous system regulation
People pleasing
Somatic Psychotherapy
We pay attention to the connection between your body, emotions, and experiences. Sometimes what we're carrying isn't something we can fully understand through talking alone.
Neurodivergence & Sensory Experiences
ADHD, autism, and AuDHD
Late identification or questioning neurodivergence
Masking and burnout
PDA profiles and sensory sensitivities
EMDR Therapy
EMDR can help you process distressing experiences that continue to affect how you feel or respond in the present. We work at a pace that takes your needs and sense of safety into account.
Other Approaches I Draw From
Depending on your needs, our work may also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, the Women-Centered ADHD Treatment (W-CAT) model, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EFT tapping, and Havening techniques.
Fees
Individual therapy — $190 per 50-minute session
Longer sessions are available upon request.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide a monthly superbill upon request.
When the way you've always coped stops working
I'm particularly interested in the intersection of neurodivergence and women's hormonal transitions.
For some women, perimenopause and menopause can change how they experience their emotions, attention, energy, and capacity to cope. Things that once felt manageable may suddenly feel much harder.
Therapy can be a place to make sense of those changes and explore what support looks like now.
How I Work
I don't approach therapy with a fixed formula. What we do together depends on what you're experiencing, what feels useful, and what you're hoping to understand or change.
I draw from several therapeutic approaches, but the starting point is always you. We can explore what's happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body, and find a way of working that makes sense for you.
I welcome and affirm all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural identities.
Ready to Connect?
You don't need to know exactly where to begin.
I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations so we can talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
