Therapy is about more than symptom management or coping strategies. Meaningful change often comes from developing a deeper understanding of the patterns, experiences, and adaptations that have shaped your life.
In our work together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. As understanding deepens, new possibilities emerge and choices become more aligned with your values, needs, and authentic way of being.
I welcome and affirm all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural identities.

While I do not bill insurance directly, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services.
Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Because coverage varies, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific out-of-network benefits.
