Supporting deeply feeling and sensitive individuals in cultivating self-understanding and a life that feels more sustainable and authentic.

In-person psychotherapy in Ketchum, Idaho.

Telehealth psychotherapy for clients across Idaho, California, and South Carolina.

I work with children, teenagers, and adults.

I work with clients who may have spent much of their lives trying to understand why things that seem manageable for others feel overwhelming for them.

Often, they long for a way of living that feels more sustainable, authentic, and aligned with who they naturally are. I believe deeply feeling individuals often move through the world with unique perception and awareness, though living this way can also require a great deal of tenderness and self-understanding.

Common experiences may be:

  • chronic overwhelm • burnout and nervous system exhaustion

  • trauma history • overwhelm in parenting

  • emotional depth and intensity • sensitivity (emotional and sensory-based)

  • masking, over-adapting, people-pleasing • feeling "too much" or "not enough"

  • anxiety and depression • difficulty trusting yourself and your needs

  • perfectionism and self-monitoring • imposter syndrome

Many of the individuals I work with are highly perceptive, emotionally attuned, thoughtful, and sensitive, often adapting themselves to environments that do not truly fit. They may feel exhausted from overthinking, over-functioning, masking, self-monitoring, or trying to force themselves into systems that leave their nervous systems depleted.

The Foundations of Our Work Together

Compassion

A warm, accepting space where all parts of you are welcome and your experiences are met with genuine care rather than judgment.

Insight

Developing a deeper understanding of the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and the world.

Integration

Bringing together insights from the mind, body, nervous system, and life experiences.

Authenticity

Moving toward a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, strengths, and natural way of being. Making choices that reflect who you truly are rather than who you feel pressured to be.

The goal is not to become someone else.

It is to understand yourself more deeply and create a life that supports who you already are.
